ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On December 18, 2018, Capital Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has been added to the Russell 2000® index as part of their quarterly initial public offering additions. However, the Company’s addition to the Russell 2000® index will not become effective until December 24, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
