On December 19, 2018, Altus Midstream Company issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, Altus Midstream LP, has exercised and closed its option to acquire a fifteen percent (15%) equity interest in the Gulf Coast Express Pipeline Project from Kinder Morgan Texas Pipeline LLC, pursuant to that certain Equity Purchase Option Agreement, dated December 20, 2017. The press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
