Encana Corporation (“Encana”) has fixed January 8, 2019 as the record date for the purpose of determining holders of Encana’s common shares entitled to receive notice of and to vote at a special meeting of Encana’s shareholders, to be held on February 12, 2019.
The Notice of Meeting and Record Date is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8- K.
