Item 8.01 — Other Events.
On December 12, 2018, Sienna Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. announced that it expects to report results from all three pivotal trials with SNA-001 for the reduction of light-pigmented hair, as well as the results from the remaining pivotal trial with SNA-001 in acne, together in late January or early February 2019.
