Cambridge, UK Property Transaction
On December 5, 2018, Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into certain agreements with a large multi-national corporation for a transaction involving the Company’s property located near Cambridge, UK (the “Cambridge Transaction”).
On December 11, 2018, the Company issued a press release regarding the Cambridge Transaction. A copy of the press release with respect to the Cambridge Transaction is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and the description of the Cambridge Transaction set forth in the press release is hereby incorporated by reference.
