ITEM 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On December 6, 2018, AdvanSix Inc. (the “Company”) and Shaw Industries Group, Inc. entered into an Amended and Restated Caprolactam and Polymer Supply Agreement, dated as of January 1, 2019 (the “Amended and Restated Agreement”). The Amended and Restated Agreement incorporates prior amendments and provides for adjusted pricing and volume terms.

The foregoing description is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Amended and Restated Agreement, which will be filed by the Company as an exhibit to its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2018. Consistent with its prior filings, the Company intends to seek confidential treatment for certain portions of the Amended and Restated Agreement.
