Item 8.01 Other Events
On November 30, 2018, Craig L. Jackson resigned his positions as President and Chief Executive Officer, and as a member of the Board of Directors, of DPL Inc. (“DPL”) and its principal subsidiary, The Dayton Power and Light Company (“DP&L”), to explore other employment opportunities. Mr. Jackson has agreed to assist with the orderly transitioning of his duties at DPL and DP&L. DPL and DP&L have not yet named an interim or a replacement President and Chief Executive Officer and currently are in the process of identifying candidates.
