Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
As previously disclosed by UGI Corporation, the parent of AmeriGas Propane, Inc., the general partner of AmeriGas Partners, L.P. (the "Partnership"), the Partnership will provide a presentation to the investment community at UGI Corporation's Investor Day to be held on December 4, 2018. The presentation materials for the live audio webcast will be available in the "Investor Relations" section of the Partnership's website (www.amerigas.com) during and following the webcast.
