Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

Viva Entertainment Group, Inc. (hereinafter “Viva”) announces that it has entered into a partnership with Comcast, Inc. beginning January 2019. Viva Entertainment Group, Inc. and its Vivalivetv system will begin working on content, logistical and other technological services provided solely by Comcast. We at Viva are extremely excited and honored with this affiliation. Comcast’s open mind has added an element of excitement to the Viva family. A joint press release will be available by both parties in the near future.
