On November 26, 2018, Joseph S. Bracewell submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of Sandy Spring Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Also on November 26, 2018, Shaza L. Andersen informed the Board of Directors of her intention to resign from the Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2019. Neither Mr. Bracewell nor Ms. Andersen cited any disagreement with the Company or its management regarding any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
