Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective on November 26, 2018, our Board of Directors approved an increase of the base salary of Tom Jewell, our Chief Financial Officer, to $220,000 per annum from $190,000 per annum.
