Other Events.

On November 28, 2018 during a webcast presentation, Sanjay Mehrotra, the President and CEO of Micron Technology, Inc. (the “Company”), noted that for the first quarter of fiscal 2019, the Company’s revenue will be near the low-end of its previously announced guidance range of $7.9 billion to $8.3 billion, and non-gaap earnings per share will be somewhat above the previously announced guidance midpoint of $2.95.
