On November 26, 2018, Summit Healthcare REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that our Board of Directors has declared a cash distribution of $0.0651 per share of Common Stock. The distribution will be payable to shareholders of record as of January 15, 2019 and is expected to be paid on January 31, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K.
Simultaneously with the issuance of the press release, the Company sent a communication to its security holders, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report on Form 8-K.
