Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On November 20, 2018, Robert B. Crates, a member of the Board of Directors of Tapinator, Inc. (the “Company”), passed away. Mr. Crates joined the Company’s Board of Directors on May 26, 2014. Mr. Crates, an independent director, served as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors at the time of his passing. The Company is extremely grateful for Mr. Crates’ dedication and service to the Company.
