Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 19, 2018, Roger D. Withers retired from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Inspired Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”). The Board is grateful for Mr. Withers’ service and contributions to the Company and wishes him the very best and continued success.
Following such retirement, the Board appointed Steven M. Saferin, a director and member of the compensation committee of the Board, as the chairman of such committee.
