Item 8.01. Other | Events. |
On November 20, 2018, Talos Energy Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing that the Companys bank group completed their regularly scheduled fall borrowing base redetermination. The borrowing base under the Companys bank credit facility increased from $600 million to $850 million; however, the Company has elected to maintain the current $600 million commitment amount based upon its current liquidity. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
