Departure of Chief Business Development Officer

On November 15, 2018 Craig S. Anderson, the Chief Business Development Officer of Nuvera Communications, Inc. (the “Company”), advised the Company that he was resigning from the Company to take a position in another industry.  The Company expects Anderson’s last day will be November 30, 2018.
