(b) On November 19, 2018, William J. Kenney, Jr. notified Kinsale Capital Group, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will be stepping down from his current role as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, effective July 1, 2019, and transition to a new part-time consulting role managing critical development projects for the Company as well as other endeavors unrelated to the Company.
