Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 14, 2018, Mario Armando Garcia notified Orchids Paper Products Company (the “Company”) of his resignation from the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”), effective immediately. Mr. Garcia had served as a member of the Board since June 2014.
