Item 5.02
Departure of Director or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 15, 2018, Mr. John C. Johnson submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Computer Programs and Systems, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Johnson is resigning from the Board due to personal and family reasons and this decision was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
