Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 14, 2018, Triton Pacific Investment Corporation, Inc. decreased its offering price from $12.86 per share to $12.66 per share. The decrease in the offering price is effective for all closings occurring on or after November 14, 2018.
