Item 5.02                                           Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On November 9, 2018, Scott K. Vopni resigned his position as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer (“CAO”) of Dean Foods Company (the “Company”).  He is expected to remain with the Company until on, or around, December 31, 2018, to assist with the transition of his duties.  Mr. Vopni is leaving to pursue other career opportunities and confirmed to the Company that his resignation was not the result, in whole or in part, of any disagreement with the Company. The Company will begin a search for a permanent CAO immediately.

 

Until a new CAO is named, the Company’s accounting functions and personnel will be overseen by Jody L. Macedonio, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
