On November 12, 2018, Roan Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operational results for the quarter ended September 30, 2018, and its updated guidance for 2018. A copy of that press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
