On November 13, 2018, Charah Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting results for the quarter ended September 30, 2018. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and a copy of the earnings call presentation materials is furnished as Exhibit 99.2.
