(the “Registrant”), a Colorado corporation, in
connection with the matters described herein.
Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial
Condition.
On
November 8, 2018, the Registrant issued a press release announcing
its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended
August 31, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached to
this report as Exhibit 99.1.
