Other Information.

On November 7, 2018, InvenTrust Properties Corp. announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the annual cash dividend to be paid to its shareholders to $0.0737 per share of common stock from $0.0716 per share of common stock. The increased dividend would be payable on April 5, 2019 to shareholders of record on March 31, 2019.
