Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On or about November 7, 2018, Cardinal Ethanol, LLC (the "Company") issued a press release regarding an explosion at the Company's ethanol production facility. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
