On November 6, 2018, American Finance Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2018, and supplemental financial information for the quarter ended September 30, 2018, attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.

As disclosed in Item 2.02 above, on November 6, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2018, and supplemental financial information for the quarter ended September 30, 2018, attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
