Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On October 31, 2018, Company issued a press release announcing that the European Patent Office has issued a “Notice of Intention to Grant” for the European Patent Application entitled, “Abuse and Misuse Deterrent Transdermal System” submitted by its subsidiary, 4P Therapeutics. The patent relates to the Company’s proprietary abuse deterrent transdermal technology, utilized in its Defent™ fentanyl transdermal system which is being developed to combat the fentanyl overdose.
