On November 5, 2018, Infinity Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing our results for the quarter ended September 30, 2018 and will conduct a previously announced, publicly available conference call to discuss those results. On November 5, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing plans to initiate MARIO-275, a global, randomized Phase 2 study to evaluate the effect of adding IPI-549 to nivolumab in checkpoint-naïve advanced urothelial cancer patients who have progressed or recurred following treatment with platinum-based chemotherapy. In connection with the Phase 2 study, the Company and Bristol Myers Squibb (“BMS”) have entered into a clinical trial supply agreement under which BMS has agreed to supply nivolumab for the study.
