Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On Monday, November 5, 2018, members of the management team from FB Financial Corporation (the “Company”) will be meeting with investors in the Company’s offices. In addition, on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, the Company will be presenting at the Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P. 2018 East Coast Financial Services Conference in Palm Beach, Florida. As part of the Company’s meetings and presentation at the conference, the Company will present slides. A copy of the slide presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Report”).
