Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 1, 2018, the registrant issued a press release and a detailed earnings presentation announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2018. A copy of the summary press release and the earnings presentation are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and incorporated herein by reference.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 1, 2018, the registrant issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per common share, payable on December 31, 2018 to common shareholders of record as of December 17, 2018. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
