Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 31, 2018, LivaNova PLC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the third quarter 2018. The Company will host a business update conference call and webcast today, 12:00 p.m. London time (8:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time), during which the Company will discuss the financial results. The audio webcast is accessible through the Investor Relations section of the LivaNova corporate website at www.livanova.com. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 on this Current Report on Form 8-K.
