On October 30, 2018, the Partnership issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash distribution of $0.4300 per unit for the third quarter of 2018. A copy of the Partnership’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
