On October 29, 2018, Alta Mesa Resources, Inc. (the “Company”), the parent company of Alta Mesa Holdings, L.P., issued a press release announcing operational results for the quarter ended September 30, 2018. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
