On October 29, 2018, Weatherford International plc (“we” or the “Company”) issued a news release announcing results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2018. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 2.02.
On October 29, 2018, we will hold a conference call at 8:30 a.m. eastern time (“ET”), 7:30 a.m. central time (“CT”), regarding the Company’s third quarter ended September 30, 2018 results.
