On October 26, 2018, Willaim R. Alessi, Jr. resigned from his position as MedPro Safety Products Inc.’s CEO and Director, effective immediately.  Mr. Alessi’s resignation was voluntary and not a result of any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
