Item 7.01.                                        Other Events.

On October 29, 2018, Jaguar Health, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will conduct a conference call on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. ET / 5:00 a.m. PT to discuss third quarter 2018 results and current and planned commercial, educational and product development activities related to Mytesi (crofelemer), the Company’s first-in-class, FDA-approved anti-secretary human prescription drug, and conduct an education session regarding the distinct first-in-class mechanism of action of Mytesi.
