On October 25, 2018, Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company's financial results for the third quarter ended September 29, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished (not filed) as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
