On October 24, 2018, Wells Fargo & Company (the “Company”) announced certain organizational and leadership changes, including that Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer Hope A. Hardison and Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Auditor David M. Julian have begun leaves of absence from the Company and will no longer be members of the Company’s Operating Committee.
The Company’s news release announcing the organizational and leadership changes is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
