Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 24, 2018, The Simply Good Foods Company, a Delaware corporation ("Simply Good Foods"), reported its results for the the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended August 25, 2018. The results are discussed in detail in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. In addition, we have posted an investor presentation at www.thesimplygoodfoodscompany.com.
