On October 24, 2018, Monroe Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference, announcing that it will release its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2018 on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, after the close of the financial markets.
