On October 23, 2018, Lilis Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an update on the Company's production and drilling results for the third quarter of 2018. A copy of the press release and associated slide presentation are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 hereto.
