On October 18, 2018, Lori Tansley gave Affinion Group Holdings, Inc. (“Affinion”) notice that she intends to resign as Affinion’s Chief Accounting Officer effective on or about November 6, 2018. Ms. Tansley’s resignation was due to her accepting a role with another organization, and not as a result of any disagreements with Affinion on any matters relating to its operations, policies or practices. Immediately following her departure, Ms. Tansley’s responsibilities will become the direct responsibility of Gregory S. Miller, Affinion’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
