Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

OWC Pharmaceutical Research Corp., OTCQB (“OWCP”) through its wholly-owned Israeli subsidiary, One World Cannabis Ltd. (“OWC”), announces its newly developed, highly concentrated, delivery formulation, OWC-1808, was administered in vivo in an animal model for the first time and was found to be safe and tolerable. This formulation will allow the delivery of very high doses of CBD and THC with exceptional bioavailability. The continued development and testing of this formulation will be directed initially at OWC’s ongoing program for treating Multiple Myeloma.
