Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On October 22, 2018, Lancaster Colony Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, T. Marzetti Company, acquired all the assets of Bantam Bagels, LLC, a producer and marketer of frozen mini stuffed bagels and mini stuffed pancakes sold to both the retail and foodservice channels.
A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
