Item 8.01 Other Information.
On October 18, 2018, Huntington Bancshares Incorporated announced that the board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock (NASDAQ: HBAN) of $0.14 per common share, unchanged from the prior quarter. The dividend is payable January 2, 2019 to shareholders of record on December 18, 2018.
