Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On October 15, 2018, Manuel Alvarez notified Discovery Inc. (the “Company”) that, for personal reasons, he no longer intends to assume the position of Chief Accounting Officer of the Company on January 1, 2019 as previously announced.  Mr. Alvarez is expected to remain an employee of the Company.  Kurt Wehner, the Company’s current Chief Accounting Officer, has agreed to remain in his position through at least March 1, 2019 and as long as the earlier of June 30, 2019 or the appointment of his successor.
