| Item 2.02. | Results of Operations and Financial Condition |
On October 18, 2018, Entegra Financial Corp. (the “Registrant”), the holding company for Entegra Bank, issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2018. In connection with issuing the press release, on October 19, 2018 at 8:30 am ET, the Registrant intends to hold a conference call to discuss the press release. In addition to the press release, during the conference call the Registrant intends to discuss certain financial information contained in the Third Quarter 2018 Investor Presentation (the “Investor Presentation”), which was posted to the Registrant’s website at www.entegrabank.com on October 18, 2018. The Investor Presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
