Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 12, 2018, Wabash National Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2018. The preliminary results are subject to adjustment and finalization by the Company. Wabash National will announce its complete third quarter 2018 financial results on Tuesday, October 30, 2018. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
